Use after cleansing.
For the complete GlyMed+ routine:
1. Cleanse
Start with your preferred GlyMed+ cleanser.
2. Mist
Mist the skin with GlyMed+ CBD Skin Mist.
3. Mask
Apply an even layer of CBD Hydratherapy Masque over the face, neck + décolleté.
Leave on for approximately 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Follow with your treatment serums, moisturizer and SPF during the day.
Use approximately 2–3 times per week, or whenever the skin needs extra hydration and recovery support.
Zina Tip: This is the mask I’d reach for when skin looks red, depleted or irritated and you want hydration without piling on more exfoliation. Recovery night > another active night.
