At Zina Products by Zina Derma Care, we carefully package each order to make sure your skincare products arrive safely and in the best condition possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our business days, Tuesday to Saturday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipping.
Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and order size.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or shipping delays outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Zina Products by Zina Derma Care is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control.
Zina Products by Zina Derma Care is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
