Apply The Perfect Body Wash to damp skin.
Massage into a lather over areas of concern, then rinse thoroughly.
Start once daily or every other day if your skin is new to body acids.
2–3X PER WEEK
On scrub days, apply GlyMed+ Refining Body Scrub to damp body skin.
Massage using gentle circular motions.
Do not scrub aggressively.
Rinse thoroughly.
Follow with a body moisturizer.

if you have body breakouts or ingrowns, more scrubbing is not automatically better.You have 15% glycolic in the wash + another AHA blend in the scrub.Let the ingredients work. Your job is consistency—not trying to exfoliate yourself into another dimension. 😭
